About SPA
Times are changing. Technology creeps into every facet of our lives, affecting all individuals from every generation. Gone are the days spent on the pitch, the blue skies above and roaring winds in our faces to be replaced by glowing screens and lethargic lifestyles.
We can still change this, we can still make an impact in our lives and in the lives of our precious families. The change starts with sports, with mentorship and guidance. It starts with you, and it starts with SPA.
Curriculum
All schools go above and beyond the call of duty, it comes with the job. So let us at SPA take you just that much further as we collaborate with schools to better accentuate your various sporting and PE capabilities. After all, we all desire to go all out for our kids to play, learn, and live more!
Extra-Curriculum
All work and no play makes kids stay on their devices for longer than they should. However, moderation is key, which is why our extra-curricular programs are here to engage the children’s minds and bodies in a fun, productive and satisfying manner. After all, there’s few better ways to unwind than being active!
Sport Premium
In line with our nation’s bright vision for health and fitness for our kids today, we at SPA collaborate with schools to best utilise Sports Premium funds to fully equip our kids. Through these enhanced infrastructures, our kids’ talents can be nurtured to their fullest potential.

Holiday Camps
The holidays are here, but that doesn’t mean that we should forget about keeping fit and healthy! It doesn’t have to be hard at all, consider bringing your child to a day of challenging games and interactive exercises, all while making new friends along the day’s activities. Believe it when we say that the kids wish the day would never end!
Young SPA
We believe that fitness and health goes beyond schooling hours. At SPA, our programs serve to build your kids in all essential ways, from confidence and leadership to empathy and motivation. We care about giving a fun yet rounded development for all children to bring out the best in them.
SPA Parties
What’s better than a party to celebrate the joy of being a kid? A party that gets your blood flowing and heart racing with sports and team challenges! A little exercise and friendly competition goes a long way to make a birthday unlike any other, and is sure to be the talk of the playground for weeks to come!

We, the SPA Squad, believe that one leads only by example. That’s why the coaches and mentors who make up the SPA Family are only the most passionate about sports and a holistic lifestyle. All that they teach and guide is built upon years of experience, hard work and dreams.
